It was a beautiful day. A day that I will never forget.
To be honest, it was really hectic. Packed with meetings and appointments since morning. Went to meet with one of STG Resources CEO and had a great meeting with them. It seems like another new partnership is going on. It was wonderful as Tim and me lead the meeting. It was a fresh partnering between me and Tim.
The most happiest moment was a birthday celebration with Roger. We went for a jog at Desa Park City, a great neighbourhood with a nice garden and man-made lake for jogs and healthy activities.
We went for a steamboat buffet at Kepong, joined by a close friend of ours, Jason. Jason is only 22 but he is a definitely a smart guy and nice guy to work with. He was previously a General Manager for Dream Babylon, bt he has quit since then.
Currently, on our new project, he is being invited to be a partner of our management team. He agreed to join the team. We have made it a 5 Managers in the team, Jac, Tim, Lawrence, Jason and me. We are going to storm the market with passion and aggressiveness.
Hopefully this will work out absolutely well for us. With FIVE of us performing our parts... and of course, I wont forget...

A JOURNEY OF PRECIOUS MOMENT !!!
3 September 2009
I feel so different tonight. Decided to pen down some great memories in the past eight months. Life has been changing rapidly from my initial plans to what I am doing right now. Finally, I knew that I have grown up to be a MAN.
Its so great to finish work early tonight though there are much more left behind for tommorrow. I realized that I have left some of my close friends behind. I haven't meet them for a few months. Let me recalled what had happened since JANUARY 2009.
JANUARY 2009
Begin a new year with a bunch of girls going for CountDown at THE CURVE. Really enjoyed it so much. It was really happening at this place. I almost cried because of what had happened in 2008. But I did realised that its the growing stage.
I were back to work after the celebration only realizing that my company wanna cut our salary by 50%... ITS A LOT MAN... I were so disappointed with the management, its totally unbelievable... but fortunately, my commission is able to cover my actual salary. The month is ended with anger and disatisfaction.
FEBRUARY 2009
It should be a great month as the CNY is here. But it was really unfortunate that my family started the new year with a loud bang in the family. FAMILY was totally in a chaos on the first day of CNY. Aunties and Uncles fighting at home. It was really sad to see this during CNY. It should be a month to celebrate a family reunion and happiness.
UNFORTUNATE LUCKS coming after one another. My company refused to pay salary by threatening us. I was really angry and devastated. I went to lodge a report at the Ministry of HUMAN RESOURE of MALAYSIA and consulted few lawyers on this issue. The feedback was not so promising as I will lost in this battle if its brought to court.
I accepted the fact that I have lost since I started the job. WHY??? Its all stated in the OFFER LETTER of AGREEMENT. Sad... SIGH... But LIFE STILL MOVED ON...
I finally met with Timothy after a few persuasive invitation to meet. I still remember when we met at THE ISLAND at KUCHAI LAMA. He tried his best to explain to me about what he is doing. Its ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICES. What's that??? Just out of curiosity, I went to consult my friend, Sook Wen.
I have no idea of what it is all about but I take the challenge to try it out. I have resigned from my job. If I dont take it, it means that Im gonna be jobless. OMG!!! But nonetheless, I took up the offer.
MARCH 2009
Finally I have get back my freedom from my previous employment. Though I knew its gonna be a tough road to go on from here. Fortunately, I have taken up the offer from Timothy. To join a company from TAIWAN... PAYLINK SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. I am sure its not as famous as AIR ASIA or IBM or HP or GENTING. but its larger than life in TAIWAN.
I started up as a junior Advisor. Learning the good and bad of the industry. How the company could benefit the business world and the successful stories in TAIWAN. Its really impressive as the first time, i am dealing with ROGER, a TAIWANESE, the owner of PAYLINK SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD.
I were given a task to complete a business presentation which I have never done before, proposing to CHH Sdn. Bhd. But indeed I have done it successfully. The meeting between CHH Sdn. Bhd. and our company were fruitful with the presentation act as an intermediary and proposal for the company. It was my first achievement.
APRIL 2009
It was a very good beginning towards my new career. But I was worried about my own expenses as I am on commission basis. It made me headache. But I did carried on with my job as I have learnt on how to deal with businesses.
I were given a second task. I am representing my company PAYLINK SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. and SUN TECH Co., LTD (TAIWAN) to meet for a discussion with an Australia's company, WOWPAYS. I were nervous at first as I have never deal with a foreigner but Roger gave me lots of courage to do so.
Finally, we met with MARK KEVIN, Wowpays' MANAGING DIRECTOR. It was a great first meeting between us. I am a translator between the two bosses. I were so excited over the outcome and result of the meeting. Since then, I am representing PAYLINK to deal with foreign companies.
The collaboration between PAYLINK and CHH Sdn. Bhd. were started with all the plans were put to place. We wish the partnering could work out well.
MAY 2009
I have finished all my savings to bear all my expense. I decided to get to my last resort, getting help from a friend, BAN. He is a nice friend indeed. Offering his help to me. I do appreciate that. BUT something bad happened. I mistakenly understood him. He is willing to pay for my food and petrol but not to give me cash directly. I were screwed upside down. Our friendship since then broke apart. I just wonder, did I do anything wrong, even an apology is not worth it anymore???? BUT I am really SORRY... I didn't mean to do it.. I were really angry... I told myself not to seek any help from friends anymore... LIFE IS ABOUT OURSELVES.
With my own courage and determination, I close the first deal by the end of the month which happened to be my previous company's client, a lawyer firm. The deal signify a new beginning towards my new career. Finally, it has proven that I never made the wrong decision.
JUNE 2009
June is really an interesting month among all. All of us were busy looking for representative who are keen into business. Finally, I have got 3 on my hand, Muina, Lawrence Ho and Bernie. But unfortunately, Bernie couldn't make it as she is going back to Sibu. Wish you all the best, Bernie.
I have knew Muina not too long, its merely a year and a half. She is a very nice friend. I appreciated our friendship a lot. and she is now my business partner. She was my side partner, but now, my direct business partner. It may sounds weird and complicated, but its very simple. hahaha
Lawrence was my high school friend. He was my junior back in High School, we have known each other for about 10years by now. Time flies really fast man... hahaha... I met him again on FACEBOOK on one "beautiful" night... I took the initiative to meet him. We met and we discussed about the job that im dealing with...
He is keen to join me and we have become business partner since then. It was a productive month, not only me, bt to Timothy and Jac, our Manager.
JULY 2009
We are undergoing a new management restructuring. We have to catch up with our new positions and jobscope. I were promoted to be a manager, Int'l Development Manager. It was just a name, bt it meant a lot to me. An achievement that I never dreamt of. It was an opportunity given to me and I treasured it with commitment and responsibility.
With a new position and task given were different, the whole team strive to work harder and building the company towards another level. Its a very productive month. A few big merchants like STG, IS ELITE and DYNASTY WORLDWIDE signed up as our merchant. It was an achievement for PAYLINK. The three of us, Jac, Tim and myself have successfully created a name for PAYLINK. We are the "THREE MUSKETEERS" of PAYLINK... Haha...
LAWRENCE is officially our team member. He joined the management team and be one of our active partners. I took the lead to guide him in his daily work and progress. He is a quick learner and a very dedicated guy. I am learning from him for his good attitude. He is one of the role model that I should learnt from.
AUGUST 2009
AUGUST is an interesting month. We have decided to start up something new. A NEW PROJECT that gonna storm the world. Business discussion were ongoing and we are busy preparing for the proposal and presentation slide. I looked like a workaholic BUT im not.... hahaha... I have to work on weekends without a rest day... Busy attending meetings and discussions too..
Its like a time bomb, without wasting a single minute or seconds. We work day and night rushing for the proposal. Nothing is greater that working on this out...
Its another level in my work, upgrading to a upper level management. It was a fantastic journey seeing how I fair for the last 6 months.
Its SEPTEMBER right now... A few more months to bade farewell to 2009... I wish that our plan work out and my hardwork wont land me on disappointment anymore...

CNY Chaos!!!
Every year, CNY seems to be the days to remember our past and cherish our future. Big celebrations will be held in the Chinese communities in the world. The year of Ox has finally arrived after a 12years cycle since 1997. Thus far, its just by a second that 12years has finally be gone. It has brought plenty of changes to my life though.
As usual, we had our Family Reunion Dinner with my aunts and uncles gathering at my house to cheer for this event of the year. After much preparations for the CNY, its finally here... Childrens will be waiting eagerly for their red packets while the adults will be giving out the red packets. Bt to me, its no longer a childhood life for me.
Yeah, im still receiving it, bt the cheer and mood will never be there anymore. I guess this has been a remark that im getting into adulthood.
On the 1st day of CNY, waking up in the morning, get into my new year suit and went to greets the elderly, my parents, my aunts & uncles, grandparents and etc, before having my breakfast. As a family tradition, we usually take vegetarian on the first day of CNY. Its the usual celebration.
Friends and relatives will be here gambling, playing mahjong, sharing, exchanging gifts and giving out red packets. It was like a usual CNY.
In the late afternoon, we went to the nearby bus station to pick up few of my aunts and uncles, cousins, from Singapore. We came back and had our dinner as usual. Unexpectedly, a series of incidents happened.
At night, there's a big fight in my family. What a surprised New Year gift!!!... Between my dad's siblings... It was expected to happen one day bt not as soon as it is... I saw lots of crying and loud voices shouting at each other... Its a result of wat we called history...
I was pretty sad... Bt being the eldest, I have to be matured in handling this issue. Not to make things worst bt to make it better... In fact, I have shown the maturity to the family... and finally, everyone realized that this once young boy will no longer be a young boy... He is matured and act smart when its necessary.
This chaos has even proven that we are living towards a different level of understanding. This problem started 15years ago... But I knew that its unstoppable bt being a member of family, I need to get a solution towards this...
*Sigh*
May be this will be a good beginning for all parties, as everyone do not need to keep it inside their hearts whereas we have speak it out and let the world heard of it...
Anyway, this is just the beginning of the Ox year, there's still a long way to go.. Blood is Always Thicker Than Water... Believe me, Brothers, Sisters are born forever.. Always Forgive and Forget... Coz everyone LOVE YOU THE MOST...

Happy Ox Year 2009!!!
This year CNY falls on 26th and 27th of January 2009... These days symbolised a new beginning for a new year.. Its great to see that im getting older by a year... and it signifies that I have gone through a tough year and looking forward for a more prosperous and happy new year...
Anyway, I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a Happy Chinese New Year!!! May Prosperity, Good Health and Happiness showered to all Chinese families around the world...
May my family lived as ONE and may my Grandparents been blessed with Good Health!!!

New Year Resolution, New Year Wishes - Happy New Year 2009!!!
2008 was like a roller coaster year for me. Being ups and downs in a adventurous way. It has brought me what I am today. I have met a few nice friends and Im thankful for having them as my good friends.
Cherishing in the new year of 2009, my best wishes is having a better journey in life, career and relationship. As well for my friends too. Past is already past. Looking forward for a greater achievement in my life. Surely, 2009 will be so much better than before.
Lets say bye to 2008. Welcome 2009!!

The Introduction
Life is a gift from god.
Fate is the connection that link two life together.
Thats what i believe its true. Life isnt hard but its just fragile. Appreciate those around you, love them, care for them... Now they are here, tomoro they are gone. :)
This blog is to share some of the moments with me. Throughout my life, there are many people coming in and out of my life. And every year these people brings lots of changes to me, either its a good ones or a bad ones. But thats how a person grows up.
At the age of 23 (2008), I never expect myself to go through thus far. 23years of experience have finally brought me to what i am today. A person that you have been chatting or mixing with. Personally, I feel happy to be who i am today. But there are still rooms for improvement.
I appreciate and treasured friends lot. Coz to me, friends are the ones that can talked to you at times. But lately, i found out that family is important to me as well. Though im not close to any one of them, but i still care and concern for them.
5years ago, I made a promised to someone. Someone that I loved the most. To mend the strangle relationship in the family. After her departure, I have grown up to be a real man indeed. Someone who knows management well. Independent and responsible.
Life is not easy in the past 23years. There are lots of ups and downs in my life. Marriage, Divorce, Sick, Death, Parental, Friendship, Relationship, Love, Career, Financial, Planning and Life.
In this blog, I will share my experience and the true feelings of me. I am a tough guy out there, but I have the weaknesses in me too.
As a friend of mine, I do hope you can share your ideas too by posting some comments too...

The Birth of A New Life
A baby boy is born to the Chong Family on 21st November 1985. He is named Jeremy Chong Jang Chuan by his parents. A nice name indeed. The whole family welcomed the birth of this baby boy. His great-grandmothers welcome the birth of a new generation to the family. Making him the first baby to be celebrated in a big bash of parties. Full-moon party and his 1st birthday party was also held. Lots of aunts and uncles attended those parties.
He has lots of aunts and uncles, grandparents, great-grandmothers and relatives to be known to him. He was well taken care by his grandparents and a nanny. He is a good manner and a shy boy and very much liked by everyone. A vy cute guy indeed. hahaha.
He is a truly born leader with talent. He has the creativity to share ideas and his interesting personality makes him outstanding over the rest. His capability is unlimited. His unique identity has sharpened his thinking and experience. The true self of him shines and easily acceptable by others.
And here we see the true self of him.
